Coming up this weekend, Sat/Sun/Mon – Feb 6, 7 & 8, 10 am to 5 pm – a three day boat building course at Brittania Heritage Shipyards in Steveston, BC.
Build a skin-on-frame boat with your friends and family, or meet new friends while learning a new skill, in this social and friendly environment.
Fee includes all tools, materials, and instruction. Participants will work as a team on boats. At the end of the course the boat can be purchased if you wish. These boats are super -light and made of almost indestructible ballistic nylon. Take care of your boat, and it will yours forever.
You can also arrange to build your own boat during the course, by telling us ahead of time to give us time to purchase the extra materials on your behalf. You don’t have to do anything other than tell us and pay for the materials.
